Eimear Arkins: All Ireland Ladies Singing Champion
Diarmuid Ó Meachair: Champion Sean Nos singer and member of legendary group De Dannan
Niall Wall: All Ireland Men’s Singing Champion and Champion Newly composed song

You will learn:
English language songs, Irish language Sean Nos style songs, and a Lilt
What is an authentic traditional Irish song / What is Sean Nos singing
How to ornament an Irish song
How to construct a Fleadh-worthy newly composed song
Critique of your singing (optional)

Immediately following the workshop, our esteemed faculty singers will present a 2 hour concert tribute along with local favorites and event sponsor, The Chicago Irish Singers.
You can purchase a ticket that includes workshop AND concert ($75), OR just a concert ticket ($25).
